40 Min Full Body Yoga Flow | Mixed Level Practice to Stretch & Strengthen
Welcome to this 40 min full body yoga flow. This class is great for mixed levels and includes a little bit of everything to build strength and work on flexibility, balance and coordination.
This full body sequence includes options to suit mixed levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to whenever you want a complete full body flow.
The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends, standing balances and twists. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

Wonderful flow! Perfect class to start the day:) Loved the balancing postures that were included as well as the opportunities for inversions.
Well i feel a little emotional that this challenge is over 😪 there were triumphs and frustrations, but most importantly I grew along this journey and discovered a little more about myself. I will continue to practice yoga with you Charlie, thank you and Namaste 🙏 ❤

Thank for this 30-day challenge! Most of my yoga practice involves online videos (for well over a decade), and I found this series unique in the way it persistently moved us toward poses that have always seemed out of reach. Ahhhhhh! My knees finally weren’t pulling my skin and I was able to straighten my arms over the span of 3-4 breaths into crane.
Brilliant Charlie loved this class thank you. 😊 Even managed a sort of baby grasshopper on one side 😮. 😊
21:15 somehow I skipped the first extended side plank to splits. I got a notification and it skipped perfectly over those. I didn’t notice until the second side- Hey wait a minute. I had to go back 🫣 Also the first time I was ever going into splits with you- I thought it was absolutely bonkers to do it with flexed feet! I orefer that way now except for my right foot when it’s in back. My toe isn’t happy like that. But it’s kind of a flex with my dance team when I’m an old lady sitting in splits like that tbh
